How do I order?
Simply add your pieces to the bag and check out here on our website. You'll receive an email confirming your order.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. Pieces must be unworn, with their tags and original packaging. Email us at info@reveur-eg.com to start a return.
Which items can't be returned?
For hygiene reasons, swimwear and night dresses can't be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also final.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
